This list of resources for new authors is designed to provide aspiring authors with the information and resources they need to get started on their writing journey. It includes information on writing tips, publishing options, and other resources to help authors succeed. It also includes links to helpful websites, books, and other resources to help authors learn more about the craft of writing and the publishing industry.
These are but a few resources.  I am sure that you can find others. 
Let's start with writing assistance.

NaNoWriMo helps you track your progress, set milestones, connect with other writers in a vast community, and participate in events that are designed to make sure you finish your novel. Oh, and best of all, it’s free!

2.      Reedsy: Work with the industry’s top professionals.  Connect with handpicked professionals who have worked on bestselling books for top publishers.

3.      TeachWriting.org: Writing.org is a comprehensive resource for authors of all levels, offering advice on topics such as grammar, punctuation, style, and more.

4.      The Book Designer: The Book Designer is a great resource for authors, offering advice on topics such as book design, formatting, and more.
